Sunday June 25, 1916 Mt Olive Church having united the following Brethern to assist in ordination of Bro. F. E. Bailey to full work of the ministry. The presbytery of Council assigned each to the following office. On motion Bro. T. M. McGee of Montrose Arkansas was elected moderator Bro C. I. Burchfield of Valley Jct. was elected clerk. On motion Bro. T. M McGee of Montrose was to preach the ordination sermon on motion Bro. L. M. Webb of Hamburg was to conduct examination of candidate. On motion the pastor Bro. D. R. Dunham was to lead in ordaining prayer on motion Bro. T. M. McGee delivered charge to candidate. On motion Bro Hill Adcock of Cominto delivered charge to church 11 o clock Bro T. M. McGee preached ordination services after which dismissed untill afternoon 2:30 o clock opening prayer by Bro L. M. Webb after which the following Bro Deacons being invited by the church to sit in Council came forward Bro Herman Johnson of Ladell Church Bro Joe Riley of Hamburg Church Bro Chas. Gammel of Troy Church Bro T. D. Dingler of Sardis Church Bro J. G. McCone of Center Point Church his Experience and call given by Brother Bailey. Bro. L. M. Webb proceded with doctrinal examination of the candidate being accepted by presberty on motion the church ask ordaining council to proceed with ordination - ordaining prayer led by Bro. D. R. Dunham asking Envokings of Lords blessings by laying on of hands. After which Bro. T. M. McGee delivered charge to church then the hand of fellowship was extended to Bro and Sister Bailey
